In partnership with Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria, we are pleased to offer the following events in March for students and teachers:

 

 

Girls in STEAM Day: Monday 25 March, 9.30 am - 2.30 pm, Bendigo Tech School

Thanks to a Google CS grant, Digital Learning and Teaching Victoria (DLTV) is offering a Girls in STEAM Day open to Year 7 and 8 students who identify as female*.


Students will meet with STEAM professionals and listen to their stories and journey into a STEAM career. Throughout the day students will be also immersed in hands-on STEAM sessions focused on a range of topics, facilitated by Dylan from Bugbox, Catherine from the Australian Computer Society, and Ember from Bendigo Tech School.

STEAM Teacher Connect: Monday 25 March, 3.45 pm - 5.30 pm, Bendigo Tech School

In partnership with DLTV, we are delivering an afternoon networking session at Bendigo Tech School for teachers and tech professionals with a women in STEAM focus.

At this event, connect with STEAM professionals and industry partners of Bendigo Tech School, commencing with a panel discussion featuring female tech professionals. After the panel discussion, the remainder of the session will be used to network and connect with other teachers and tech professionals. Afternoon nibbles and drinks will be provided.
